At K-Skin Switzerland, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

1. Shipping destination

We currently ship physical products within Switzerland only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping for physical products.

2. Shipping rates

We offer the following shipping rates within Switzerland:

• Standard shipping: CHF 8.00
• Free shipping on orders of CHF 80.00 and above

The free shipping threshold applies to eligible physical product orders shipped within Switzerland.

3. Digital services

Our personalized skin analysis is a digital service and does not require physical shipping.

Digital skin analysis orders are delivered electronically by email.

4. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Delivery time

Once shipped, physical orders are typically delivered within Switzerland in approximately 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation by email, depending on the shipping method used.

7. Delays, lost or damaged parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, K-Skin Switzerland is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@k-skin.ch and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

K-Skin Switzerland is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
