Refund policy
At K-Skin Switzerland, we aim to provide high-quality skincare products and personalized digital skin analysis services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital skin analysis services
Our digital skin analysis is a personalized custom service prepared specifically for each customer based on the information, questionnaire responses and photos submitted.
For this reason, digital skin analysis services are non-refundable once:
- work on the analysis has started, or
- the analysis has been delivered to the customer
By purchasing the digital skin analysis service, you expressly acknowledge that work may begin before delivery and that the service becomes non-refundable once preparation has started.
If you believe that you received the wrong file, an incomplete delivery, or there has been a clear error in the service provided, please contact us at info@k-skin.ch and we will review the matter in good faith.
2. Physical skincare products
We only accept returns for physical products in limited circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unopened
- be unused
- be in its original condition
- be in its original packaging
Opened, used or tampered skincare products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return request period
If you wish to request a return for an eligible physical product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@k-skin.ch.
Please include:
- your order number
- the product name
- the reason for your request
- photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer, at our discretion:
- a replacement
- a refund
- or another appropriate solution
5. Non-returnable items
- opened skincare products
- used skincare products
- personalized digital skin analysis services once work has started or delivery has been made
- gift cards, if applicable
- any item marked as final sale, if applicable
6. Return shipping
If a return is approved for an eligible physical product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
